This is a screenshot off of my high school's website. They have recently updated the website and now the teachers' websites are not posted next to their names. However, on the home screen there is now an option to log in, so I think that maybe if I was able to log in, there websites would become visible. My high school was Winter Park High School and anyone can view the website.

I envision myself having a website for my class to accomplish my professional responsibilities. Since I want to teach kindergarten, my website would be geared to their parents. My website would include what we are working on in class and my goals for the students. It would also include my contact information, so the parents can contact me about their student and their progress anytime.

I think the 3D printer pen could definitely be used effectively in a classroom with older kids. They would be able to create their ideas that they have in their head. I also think the 3D printer could also be used in the classroom. Students would be able to study things-  like DNA, cells, or dinosaur bones-that they didn't have access to before.

My previous experiences using technology would be in school when using laptops, GoogleClassroom, Edmodo, Moodle, and Progressbook for classes. We would also use projectors, Powerpoints, Prezis, and Kahoots for class as a way to learn. My experiences using technology for fun would be watching t.v., using my iPhone, and using my Macbook. My iPhone and Macbook are both great ways to be entertained and connect with friends, but can also overlap and be used for school purposes too, such as using Kahoot during class. In this class I hope to learn on how to effectively use different types of technology in the classroom. During my high school experience, my teachers were not trained well in the new technology that they were using, so my goal is to effectively know how to use technology in the classroom.
